Track user bytes downloaded (in files) per day

Reflect these stats in drop files that support it:
DOOR.SYS, CALLINFO.BBS, and SFDOORS.DAT

New @-codes: BTODAY (bytes) and KTODAY (kibibytes) ... downloaded today

JS User property changes:
- add user.stats.bytes_downloaded_today
- renamed user.stats.downloads_today to .files_downloaded_today
- renamed user.limits.downloads_per_day to .file_downloads_per_day
