    Hello All!

Can you believe these MAGA trash - whose ancestors came here as desperate immigrants fleeing death - are now turning against people doing the exact same thing to survive? They're predators of the worst kind - traitors to their own bloodline.

MAGA scum who support ICE raids and deportations: go f*** yourselves.

You assume too much about people. My ancestors didn't sneak into the USA. They had their buttholes searched, they were tested for tuberculosis, and most importantly: they were checked for criminal records.

That's because there weren't any issues with the border back then. If CBP One had been in place at the time and they had to wait a year in Mexico without any money left, they would have done the same thing - crossed through a hole in the fence.

You don't know what it's like to be so desperate that crossing the border is your only hope.

Just an FYI: Countries don't share criminal records with each other. There's no way for the U.S. to check the records of the countries these individuals came from (unless they're in INTERPOL).

there needs to be a consequence for anyone who came in illegally, but
I don't think that NEEDS to be deportation - we need to come together
and talk about how we fix this issue.
Most people don't understand why some immigrants cross the border without authorization - but I know real stories.

A man fleeing Putin's regime. He only had enough money to fly to Mexico, where he applied officially through the CBP One app. He was told to wait up to a year for his turn. But he ran out of money while waiting, with no support and nowhere to go. Desperate, he crossed through a gap in the border. He immediately surrendered to U.S. authorities and applied for asylum. He is working his ass off for cash, often sleeping in a car.

Now, despite everything, ICE could still deport him - sending him back to near-certain torture or death in Russia.

agree that we can allow the 90% of good people remain here - we aren't fighting the right fight.
Most immigrants come to the U.S. simply wanting a normal life. But MAGAs label them all as criminals without knowing their stories.

We need to reform immigration AND deport all illegal immigrants. That
can benefit all of our ideas.
If Trump really cared about the border, why didn't he fix it during his first term?

You're still assuming too much. You don't know when they came, all you know is that I'm a guy who doesn't believe the TV and to you that's "ee dee ot"

Now I'm learning something about you: You're an illegal immigrant. Because people who came here legally know otherwise.

"You're still assuming too much." You don't know anything about how the immigration process works. There is no criminal history search involved at all (U.S. doesn't have access to other countries' criminal records, only its own =). And I am 100% legal here.

That's a lie... Canada and the US share their crime records... Try to enter the US from Canada and you have a record... you'll be turned around and sent home

    https://www.calendar-canada.ca/frequently-asked-questions/who-does-canada-share -criminal-records-with

Does Canada check criminal records at the border?
Canadian border agents have full access to U.S. criminal records, including FBI background checks, so they are likely to flag anyone with an arrest or a felony charge.

    Just saying...

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency is a department of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and as such, they have access to Canadian national police information databases through the American National Crime Information Centre (NCIC) database. These national databases are managed by the Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC) which is a branch of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. CPIC allows for access of criminal records, non-conviction records, cases under investigation, criminal intelligence information, motor vehicle and driver registry information as well as the Alzheimer Wandering Registry. The U.S. CBP is authorized to access CPIC for law enforcement purposes in order to facilitate immigration, drug, trade, travel laws and regulations.

    Just saying...

Mr. Redneck, what you do know?

    - CBP cannot see or access that criminal history.

    Here's why:

    - No International Sharing = No Visibility

U.S. CBP doesn't have direct access to Russia's domestic criminal databases.

Unless Russia proactively submits information to:

    Interpol (e.g. Red Notices, watchlists)

FBI/NCIC via diplomatic or intelligence channels

Mutual Legal Assistance Treaties (MLATs) or Interagency agreements

...the U.S. has no way of seeing those records during entry screening.

Same for other countries like Mexico.
