As the work on getting C-Net/FTN and BinkD is drawing to a close.

I have learned a HECK of a lot!

Bucko has been such a big help, even though I went quite a bit off script on this one!

    - I have BinkD and C-Net working within a single folder configured as a hard drive on WINAUE! No need for a second set of directories and a script to transfer files between the Amiga and Windows!

    * I almost thought it was a lost cause, and was going to concede to Bucko that I should do it the way K-Guide and him came up with. I happened to ask ONE last question regarding why a Windows path was in the ALT Path in the TOSS config. That provided the final piece to the puzzle and decided to to put the path in for the <DRIVE LETTER>:/OUTBOUND folder. VIOLA!! Binkd was able to find the outbound.CLO file...

As soon as I get everything setup, and recover from the trauma induced by this, I will create some really retailed instructions on how to do this. Not knocking what came before. I feel that more detail on the steps and WHY you do what you can be provided! I will also have a LESSONS LEARNED section. So if you run into the pitfalls that I did you will know what to do to correct them!

I'm cheap. I'll wait for the discount instructions. :)

Hey I'm creating a set of detailed instructions as well for FTN setup and config on a REAL Amiga if you're running CNet...

My BBS is still not stable though as I'm waiting to hear from K-Guide for his help on why my subboards are locking up even after running repair_sub often.

Yeah, the Sub data files have always been unstable. I just have to make sure I run Repair_sub after adding or editing any libraries. Though I have learned not to run them when I am not at the console because I have had a couple of times where it gets stuck in a loop.
