Greetings!

I've just put a new board on the air and wanted to say hello.
Grognard's Redoubt is a Synchronet BBS built around wargaming, both
the cardboard kind (hex and counter, tabletop, miniatures) and the
computer kind, with a soft spot for WITE2 and its relatives. If
you've ever left a game set up on the dining room table for three
weeks, you'll fit right in.

It's brand new. I spent the first stretch (weeks? months?) getting the plumbing sorted out, and it's behaving now, but the place is still
pretty empty. The message areas are just starting to fill up (by me
lol), and my after action reports are overdue for an update. That also
means nobody's settled into a routine yet, so it's a good time to show
up and help shape the place.

If you play, collect, or just like arguing about wargames, come by,
say hello, and tell me what you'd like to see here.

telnet bbs.buckroe.me (standard port 23)

Hope to see you there.
