    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Pumpkin Hummus
    Categories: Squash, Herbs, Citrus, Vegetables
    Yield: 3 Cups

    15 oz Garbanzo beans; rinsed,
    - drained
    1 c Canned pumpkin
    1/3 c Tahini
    1/4 c Olive or pumpkin seed oil
    3 tb Orange juice
    1 tb Toasted sesame oil
    1 ts Ground cumin
    1 ts Minced garlic
    1/4 ts Salt
    2 tb Pumpkin seed or olive oil;
    - opt
    1/4 c Salted pumpkin seeds or
    - pepitas
    1/4 c Pomegranate seeds
    Baked pita chips & sliced
    - apples & pears

    In a food processor, combine the first 9 ingredients;
    cover and process until smooth. Transfer to a serving
    platter or bowl. Garnish with oil if desired; top with
    pumpkin seeds and pomegranate seeds. Serve with pita
    chips, apples and pears.

    Title: Barbecue Lasagna
    Categories: Beef, Vegetables, Chilies, Cheese, Pasta
    Yield: 8 servings

    1 1/2 lb Ground beef
    1 c Ketchup
    1 md Bell pepper; chopped
    1 md Onion; chopped
    1/2 c (packed) brown sugar
    1/4 c Lemon juice
    2 tb Cider vinegar
    2 tb Worcestershire sauce
    1 tb Prepared mustard
    1 cl Garlic; minced
    1 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Pepper
    1/8 ts Chilli spice mix
    1/8 ts Lemon-pepper seasoning
    6 Lasagna noodles; cooked,
    - drained
    2 c Shredded mozzarella cheese
    1 c Shredded sharp Cheddar
    - cheese
    1 c Shredded Colby cheese
    1 c Cottage cheese
    1 lg Egg

    In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no
    longer pink; drain. For barbecue sauce, in a large
    saucepan, combine the next 13 ingredients. Bring to a
    boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.

    Spread about 1/4 cup barbecue sauce in a greased
    13x9-in. baking dish. Layer with three noodles and half
    of the beef. Spread with half of the remaining barbecue
    sauce; sprinkle with half of the mozzarella, cheddar and
    Colby cheeses. Repeat layers.

    Combine cottage cheese and egg; spoon evenly over the
    top. Bake, uncovered, @ 350oF/175oC for 50-60 minutes or
    until lightly browned. Let stand for about 10 minutes
    before cutting.
