    Title: Cheesecake Fruit Salad
    Categories: Pudding, Fruits, Dairy, Breads
    Yield: 8888 servings

    3 3/8 oz Box instant cheesecake
    - pudding mix
    12 oz (2 tubs) vanilla or
    - strawberry yogurt
    8 oz Tub whipped topping; thawed
    2 md Bananas; peeled, sliced
    1 md Peach; peeled, pitted,
    - chopped
    1 lb Fresh strawberries; hulled,
    - chopped
    1 pt Fresh blueberries
    1/4 c Graham cracker crumbs

    In a large bowl, beat cheesecake pudding mix and yogurt
    on medium speed until incorporated. Reduce mixer speed
    to low; beat in whipped topping until fluffy. Fold in
    bananas, peach, strawberries and blueberries. Sprinkle
    with graham cracker crumbs. Cover; refrigerate at least
    1 hour. If desired, garnish with additional fruit and
    graham cracker crumbs.

    Title: Blueberry Pudding Cake
    Categories: Cakes, Fruits, Desserts
    Yield: 8 servings

    2 c Blueberries
    1 ts Ground cinnamon
    1 ts Lemon juice
    1 c A-P flour
    3/4 c Sugar
    1 ts Baking powder
    1/2 c Milk
    3 tb Butter; melted

    MMMMM--------------------------TOPPING-------------------------------
    3/4 c Sugar
    1 tb Cornstarch
    1 c Boiling water
    Whipped cream; opt

    Set oven @ 350oF/175oC.

    Toss blueberries with cinnamon and lemon juice; pour
    into a greased 8" square baking dish. In a small bowl,
    combine flour, sugar and baking powder; stir in milk and
    butter. Spoon over berries.

    Combine sugar and cornstarch; sprinkle over batter.
    Slowly pour boiling water over all. Bake until a
    toothpick inserted into the cake portion comes out
    clean, 45-50 minutes. Serve warm. If desired, top with
    whipped cream and additional blueberries.
