Title: Three Bear Mush

Yield: 4 Servings
1 c Cracked bulgur or cracked
-wheat
1 c Quick oats
1/4 c Wheat germ
1/4 c Soy grits
1/4 c Sesame seeds
1/4 c Coconut
1/2 c Dried fruit
4 c Water; boiling; up to 5 c
Boil water.
Add ingredients slowly and simmer until grains are cooked. Add more
water if necessary.
