You are more than welcome to use a 3rd-party tosser with D'Bridge; there are many Sysops with Squish/JAM based BBS's that use one this way and just leave the mailer exchanging things via BinkD.
was wondering what parameters get passed when using external tosser?
There are no parameters, because you are having an external tosser handle all mail tossing. D'Bridge would only manage building the Queue in this case for actually getting things transferred out.
The tosser must specifically support the D'Bridge outgoing Queue, or it must create "Arcmail" attachments, which are Netmail *.MSG files with the Arcmail bundles as attachments (ie. in the subject-line with attributes Kill/Sent, Kill File). When the tosser is finished, D'Bridge should be told to rescan the Queue via. *R or the creation of the dummy file DBRIDGE.RSN (ReScanNow)
When a tosser uses Arcmail mode, the outgoing Arcmail bundles *MUST NOT* be placed in the D'Bridge Queue or Packets directory.
Be sure D'Bridge is configured for external tosser mode by going to Config-Packet/Mail Control, Inbound Mail Handling, External.
I cannot provide tech support for HPT or Info-Zip's Unzip.exe program; you may wish to check in that echo. I suspect you will be asked to confirm the mail is actually being received and sitting in the Inbound directory as well as show log snippets etc.
