Hello Dale!
Thursday March 26 2020 19:26, I wrote to you - lots of time :(:
EL230 Errors found in MOD submission, see messages:
EL219 Error Unknown keyword found: TOT
EL224 Error missing SUBJect.
Trying to give better responses to your submission that had many issues :
I will respond to the issues line by line but first you have more than
one space between keywords and the next text block keep to the one.

MOD UPD >>>> this should be SUBJ MOD-UPD

Now this is the corrected submission:

The top four are at the top in case a major error gets it rejected
so elist knowns to who and where to send the message and the TAG used
as part of the message. Otherwise any order. Depending on what and
where the error is you might not get a clear message/s.
This message in Elist so it can be of help to other moderators.
Hight light is if you omit or have errors in TAG, FROM
you can end up with no error messages getting to you and no reference to what echo. Mind you it should still get to ELIST even if the TO name is SYSOP, Sysop, UNKnown, Absolutely no idea, there are others :)
Depending where in elist it does not find your contact address info.
Help me find any bugs :(
