No. It works only in Telegram->Fido direction.

Now the gateway is being redesigned in such a way that it is a separate Fido system, subscribed to the echo conference and independently dragging packets directly into telegrams. Thus, as a result, you just need to give him a technical address and subscribe to the echo conferences of interest. Of course, the pearl must be installed.
