It seems to operate like a scaled down version of PGP with
drag-n-drop UI.

I just learned about this utility:

NEVERMIND! Apparently it was primarily Chrome-specific or
somemthing, and the program isn't available anymore anyway; the
download link doesn't work on my non-chrome browser.
