    Anyone else notice performance issues or missing ngs from
    either of these servers?

    aioe doesn't seem to be responding.

    and, eternal-september isn't feeding anything and/or has
    dropped whole subsets of groups.

    Eternal-september was functional few minutes ago. Sometimes it doesn't respond.
