Mike, you've probably heard the good news: They've brought Killmore
Garcia back for his due process that everyone's been asking for.

I was wondering what was going on with this... Great news though... Tennessee indictment and not Maryland, there is a chance to get a normal trial.
Pam says there was new evidence and it sounds like they found someone who flipped and is giving testimony.
They'll be able to play this out on TV... They say women, children and other MS13 gang members were transported around. There was testimony given for this indictment on how he part of murdering some gang member's mother...
It's great for Democrats because they got what they asked for, and it's great for us too because it will show how sleazy Democrats are for demanding that we bring back a terrorist.
He was in front of a judge earlier this week where he asked for sometime because he "no hablo ingles".
From what I can see the Dems are trying to distance themselves from this one.
It's too late for Senator Van Hollen to distance himself. He went all
the way to El Salvador to check on Mr Kill-More to make sure he was
being treated good in prison.
To me it seems highly likely that Democrats have an alliance with organized crime, and this guy that Van Hollen "cares so deeply about" is probably a high ranking member of the gang and somebody that Democrats can't turn their backs on.

But the Internet is forever. I may actually turn the TV on for the 2026 mid-terms just to watch the political ads.
I saw Senator Fetterman on TV talking about his dismay in the riots and his party's response. I wonder when he'll grow a pair and leave the party.

I don't like to see the destruction... At the end of the day the people from California need to be reminded of who they voted into power.

Obama worked very hard to get Fetterman elected. Never, ever trust an Obama associate! (Unless it's Malik or Malia - they are the 2 cool Obamas.)
But as many Californians have said: They didn't vote for this. The
voter fraud machine in California keeps these morons in power.
He can't leave. He's brain damaged. So he'll always be a Democrat.
It's sad that the most rational Democrat is the one who has clinical
brain damage.

So now we'll be paying for his return trip, his room and board in jail, his attorney fees (if Maryland is anything like NY) and if convicted we'll pay for
his room and board in prison, and then we can spend a few bucks on re-deporting him after he becomes eligible for parole.
..and we also get to invite him to sue us for illegally deporting him.

I think they are loosing themselves. The loudest part of the Democrat party seems to be the lunatic left... They seem to cater to them while ignoring the center left and right.
Polls seem to show Trump's plan on mass deportation is popular even
with the legal migrants.
If we'd not illegally deported him to begin with, many of these potential costs wouldn't be happening. If he is not guilty, several other costs
will
be avoided and, again, some of the initial costs for doing things the illegal way could have been avoided.

One of the points I've made all along is that doing things the Trump/Musk way will cost more in the long run. Based on what you've said above, you seem to understand this.
I understand, but to me no price is too high for protecting American citizens (and residents) from foreign criminals. Biden just scampered off with trillions of dollars without us gaining anything from it, so this is progress, even if a few million dollars are wasted.

The legal ones don't want to get caught up in the "get rid of all illegals" fevor - and I don't blame them.
Be careful what you wish for. How do you know they are "criminals"? Because a government offical in a press conference, a reporter, or Joe Blow told you? The Supreme Court time and time again has affirmed that foreigners regardless of their citizen status are afforded most of the protetions of the constitution (specifically the 1st, 4th, and 5th ammendments..). Cheif amongst them the right to due process..
I consider anyone who is in the country illegally to be a "criminal."
The Trump voters voted for Trump because of the things he said he would
do; not because we're legal experts who care about the consequences.
If anyone's going to take rights away from American citizens, it won't be Trump. If he's inadvertently setting the precedent for evil predecessors, then so be it. This is what the majority of Democratic America asked for.

That is NOT how America works. I believe you need to take a basic
civics class (Pitty they stopped teaching this in school). The
citizenry can not vote in one person to singlehandely dismantel the constitution.
then so be it. This is what the majority of Democratic America asked f
"Democratic America"? How very Marxist/Lennonist. I pray we do go so

I know some immigrants, and they like me, do not want our neighborhoods filled with criminal rapist and whatnot.
I hope for her that the politicians look at Dreamers and hear them out.
Things are cut and dry ... But for the non-Dreamers who snuck in,
those that are un-documented Democrats, need to go.

This is covered under the 6th Admendmant. The right to legal counsel,
and speedy hearing.

Illegals have no rights under the Constitution.

And I see that we have another Leftist in our midst who doesn't understand that
words have meanings.
... To get the point, rub a porcupine backwards.
