• Trump and Federalists at Odds

From Joseph Pereira@1:124/5016 to All on Tue Jun 10 05:55:44 2025
In the US, the Federalists have provided Trump with many right-leaning judges. However, no matter how conservative they were, these judges do stand behind the Constitution and free elections.

This doesn't sit well with Trump, as he wants judges who are loyal to him.

So, a dispute has arisen, and Trump no longer wants to cooperate with the Federalists.

The downside of this is that Trump will now simply appoint judges who swear allegiance to him and not to the Constitution.

As a result, many judges are now deciding to stay on, despite their advanced age, because they fear they will be replaced by Trump-loyal judges who are no longer faithful to the Constitution. This situation is starting to look a lot like Nazi Germany, where people swore allegiance to the Führer, not to the constitution.

I agree and I feel that acts of insurection is treason against the United States. The president immunity should be removed from the U.S constitution,
special courts should be created and appointed by the state governors, arrest warrent issued, tried in court, if convicted could face a mandatory jail sentence not less then 15 but not to exceed more then 30 years in prison or could possible face the dealth sentence. No individual including any elected official including the President of the Unitied States shall be excluded from the law.

no one is below or above the law. That should be the american way of justice.

You're even more clueless than I had previously thought.

Go repeat your 3rd-grade Social Studies classes. Oh, wait, maybe that
was in 4th-grade and you didn't make it that far.
