Thanks :) No, no plans to support JAM. Areas must be configured
manually at present, though I could look at importing NA.

2 .. what is the min/max security level or is there one??
3 .. is there a "sysop" security level?
4 .. does Talisman support multible FTN's (fidonet/fsxnet/etc) yet?

Create one if you need it. I have New user, Validated user, sysop.

Yes. I have both happynet and fsxnet configured.

Not presently. I'm looking at adding a fidonet.na importing thing, but
it's not ready yet.

minimum is 1 maximum would be around where maximum integer value is i
suppose.

Not by default, but you can easily add one. By default everyone is level
10.
