A super simple 3 ingredient recipe for peanut butter cookies.

Ingredients
-----------
1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 egg

Mix it all together. Get your cookie sheet and lay down some parchment
paper. Place small drops of cookie dough on the paper. I have been quoted
2 temps for cooking. 374 for 8 mins -or- 350 for 10 mins. I get better
results at 375 for 8 mins.
After baking, pull the parchment paper onto a cookie cooling rack to cool ENJOY! :)
