These are the ones I make most often around here. Great starting point
for any type you want to make.

Title: Biscuits *Favorite* (Shawn's)
Categories: Breakfast
Yield: 4 Servings
For every 4 biscuits
[Note: You can also add flavours to the mix. ie: shredded cheese, diced
onion, garlic, etc etc. ]
1 c Gluten Free All Purpose Flour (Bob's 1-1)
1.5 t Baking Powder
1/8 t Table Salt
2/3 c Buttermilk
1. Preheat an oven to 425F. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt
in a bowl. Add the buttermilk and mix into a shaggy dough. Do not
knead it. Dump it onto a floured work surface and form it into a rough
log about 3 inches wide and 9 inches long. Cut it into four biscuits
with a sharp knife. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake until golden
brown, about 15 minutes. (You can brush them with heavy cream or melted
butter before baking for darker and more even browning, if you wish.)
Then flip and cook an additional 5 minutes. Take out and flip back and
let cool on the baking sheet.
