    Hello Apam,

    I am on node 1 now telnet to try a qwk download and also on node 2
    witting this message. I had a look at the who's on and it says all nodes
    are free and there are no nodinuse.* files..

    Have you checked the log files? Is there anything along the lines of
    unable to access node file?

    No, I don't see that. I can see it disconnect me if I am already logged
    in. I'll attemt to log in again on two nodes and see what the log says.
