    I can't figure out how to add a setting so theres a automatic check of e-mail. Anyone know the setting?

    I think you have to define the scope of the newmail scan in the menu.

    Myself I use the MQ command with the arguments /NEW /YOU /NOREAD /NOFOOT /NOSCAN /LIST.
