    Hello

    I have checked every directory and file and I can not find out or resolve the issue of why node #20 is remaining locked. Does anyone know what file I need to change or deleted please?

    When I had a similar problem, I was told that there might be an extraneous "chat??.dat" file in the data file. If so, just delete it and reboot mis.
    That solved my issue.
