    These are some of the games I would add to it. I know the unit should not eat up more
    than 64gb of flash memory. We likely could add another 10-15 games to this. Most
    games were 1 disc at like 400-640mb each.

    If you can co-erce it to use compressed images, you may well get quite a few extras.
