I am seeing events in my LoRD, and I was able to attack other people, and I
see events being sent out. I tried sending messages, I don't know if those made it, I didn't receive any responses but maybe nobody has sent anything?

I process them once every two hours. Although doing them more often than that won't cause any issues, you will only see new game packets during that interval. You are safe doing it every hour. If your system doesn't see
anything new from mine, it won't do anything.
