You load the software and can share data (a web link or... an ANSI file? Thats what I'm working on
getting to.... work.) thru freaking SOUND! The soundbits come in slow, fast and ultra-fast and sound
very much like and old modem connection, minus the kkkkkshshhhhhhhtttttt part. The beeps and boops,
tho; yes.

Zoom has a product for conference rooms called Zoom Rooms. It allows easy connections to Zoom video conference from a TV/video camera/conference speaker controlled by a small computer like a mac mini. Anyways, you can simply hit "share" on the client on your laptop and it will instantly share to the TV in the conference room where you are. It figures out what room you are in, so you share to the correct TV, using ultrasonics.

There is proof of concept malware out there that uses sounds to transfer to/from air gapped computers.
So there you go, practical usage for this tech.
