I managed to write my first crack for some mail tossing software for my BBS (Jmail) and that led me to eventually write my first keygen for said software!
Gotta say, pretty exciting finally managing to cross a few things off the young hacker me bucketlist. I would imagine I'll publish the keygen eventually although the audience is probably limited to me at best. Still it's fun to have figured it all out, might try my hand at some others in the future.

You might have just opened up pandoras box. I know ryan has been looking for for keys for some old dos doors, and I have a list of dos interbbs doors I would like to add to SciNet but no one can find keys for them anywhere.

Congratulation on getting your "Cracker" patch. Last thing I cracked was Ghostbusters II on the C64, I imagine things have become a lot different from the days of looking for the keywheel answers via a hex editor and wiping them all clean, lol.
Nick still runs a full DOS bbs. Come to think of it, you are both in Ontario, both on SciNet, both members of Region 12 in Fidonet, both NCs
